Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
For orders placed within India
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer a free return or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must have tags intact and must have no visible signs of wear, tear or use.
- Sale items are non-returnable and can only be exchanged for a product of the same or higher value by paying the difference in the amount.
- Item(s) once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
- Shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Sale of ‘Clearance’ & ‘Final Sale’ items is final and not valid for any returns or exchanges.
- Orders that are placed using offer are not valid for any returns or exchanges.
- Return/Refund/Exchange facilities for products part of the ‘offer’ collection are not available.
- A refund will be provided after we process your return item at www.studioritushar.com. It can take up to 7 working days for us to process your return after receiving the returned item. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.
- We issue the refund to the payment method you selected during placement of order, and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the following steps:
- Go to https://www.studioritushar.com
- Please login to your account with the same email you used to place the order.
- Go to my account section by clicking the account icon on the top right corner.
- Go to the order for which you want to place an exchange/return.
- Press the Request Return button.
Refunds:
- If you receive a damaged item, please share images and details with us on our Whatsapp/email within 24 hours of receipt.
- We will replace the item(s) if possible or provide a full refund if the same item is not available.
- Minor misprints can occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product. Slight color differences from website images can occur due to different display settings of different devices. Such scenarios are not considered damaged products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

International Orders
- We do not provide a return/exchange option for international orders.
- In case you receive a damaged product, Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@studioritushar.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8637234185 (Monday – Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM, IST).
- Order(s) once dispatched, cannot be canceled.
